Advertised as a lip oil but actually looks more like a smudge of lip gloss. I was expecting a liquid lip oil to be very moisturizing, but instead it's thick and creamy like a gloss and definitely tints a medium pink. Not a bad product, I like it. I just expected something different. However, the company contacted me personally, apologized for my experience and fixed it by sending me this amazing care package! There was a letter and all that makeup! Absolutely the best customer service. So happy!
