First off, you get what you pay for, and that's not bad. The backpack is lightweight with plenty of storage space for those who need extra clothing and groceries. Please note that nylon is flimsy and likely to tear if you are packing something with hard edges. The shoulder straps have almost no padding, which limits the load capacity and the carrying time. I bought it to bike to work and wish they had planted a long swath the entire length with a tall visa - they were cheap in that department. The pockets in the smaller compartment should be deeper. Haven't tried it with a cover in the rain yet. Verdict: functional, reasonable, good price, just don't abuse it and expect it to survive.
