This product deserves five stars. The product works as described, the suction cup adheres perfectly to my dashboard and windshield. The functionality of the device is excellent. It loads as expected. The only downside is that I have a Google Pixel 3 that supports wireless charging, but Google has restricted chargers that are compatible with their devices. This means that this charger will charge the Google Pixel 3/3xl regularly. If it is not a specially approved charger, it will not charge properly. This is not due to the device, but to Google. I still use this device as a dock for my phone while I'm on the go, plugging it into the charging cable. I contacted the seller about an intermittent charging issue and they did a little research and helped me discover the issue. . I also searched this question and found the same result. The seller went out of their way to help me resolve this issue and I really appreciate it. Customer service goes a long way and this device works 100% as it should, which is why I gave it five stars. I would definitely recommend this wireless charging station.
