Bought these for the 'pandemic play area' my husband built for our grandchildren. Safety is our top priority. and funny. This product offers both. Connectors are designed for attachment to plywood. We bought 2x8 boards. My husband flipped the back a bit to get things working. Kids aged 4 and 5 love it and we expect they will enjoy it over time. We have fitted the wall so that it can be made steeper as it ages by removing the bottom rail.
