Review on πŸ”ͺ Chef'sChoice 463 Pronto Diamond Hone Manual Knife Sharpener - Best 15 Degree Knives for Fast Sharpening, Recommended by Cook's Illustrated, 2-Stage, Black by Daniel Morris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent hand sharpener/knife sharpener for its price

Packaging: Product comes in a blister pack which is easy to open from the top without the need to cut hard plastics and do any sort of picking out the object Sharpener: - Have this Bought the sharpener after being reviewed by America's Test Kitchen and have not regretted a single purchase. Sure, this sharpener won't make your knife as crazy as a straight razor compared to using a whetstone or multiple whetstones, but it's definitely a lot easier and will definitely be more than sharp enough for everyday cooking. Before using this sharpener, my knife was so blunt that I could slowly run it across my hand without damaging the skin. A few quick swipes through slot #1 and a few more through slot #2 and I'm wondering why it took me so long to finally get my hands on a knife sharpener. I went from chopping the ingredients to slicing. - Use #2 from time to time to sharpen your blade and #1 when your blade is really dull. - The sharpener fits comfortably in your hand whether you are right or left handed, does not slip when fully applied (all 6 rubber pads on the bottom) on a dry surface. Overall a great knife sharpener for quick and easy knife sharpening for everyday use
