The first issue I had with this product was that my order was missing two cups. The next problem was that the suction cups were poorly packaged in a ziplock bag. They are simply thrown and packed tightly, causing them to bend and fold. This creates creases in the suction cups that prevent them from being installed on wet or dry surfaces. I got them working after 5 hours of reshaping by placing the suction cups on a glass or ceramic plate and placing a flat object on the suction cups. and put just enough weight on it to give the cups the right shape, and heating the plate on the stove is enough to keep the plate warm for hours, ensuring heat transfer and even heating of the cups. After they cooled, they held their correct shape and had no problem sticking.
