Seller did not replace the faulty unit - This unit replaced our original Electrolux nozzle and hose which had lasted over 30 years. Unfortunately, it turned out that when assembling the device, the hose was either cut off or incorrectly assembled. - The outer sleeve has come loose leaving a large gap in the hose - loss of suction. We managed to wrap tape around the hose and nozzle base to close the hole. So far, however, duct tape isn't quite working the way we thought it would. To be fair, the device was purchased in December 2017 and the vulnerability appeared in September 2018.
