Review on 🌍 Earth's Natural Alternative: 100% Compostable Disposable Paper Plates Bulk [9" 50 Pack] by Matthew Fadoul

I stopped using paper supplies a few years ago because I don't like disposable items. However, we recently had a family weekend and I decided to try paper crafts to reduce the extra activity in our small kitchen. I was so happy to find these records. They were perfect for smorgasbord, for lasagna and salad (I only used one plate - not doubled - and it worked well with no sagging edges, softening or soaking. We loaded our plates at the buffet). but sat at tables so there wasn't too much food (I think I'd double the plate for that, although it might not be necessary). a bowl of water overnight and tore them up a bit before putting them on the compost heap just to let them decompose. Probably unnecessary steps, but they lessened the plates' appeal to the critters and gave me a good chance to appreciate their durability. They were amazing - held their shape even after soaking overnight. The sodden plates were even a bit difficult to tear up in stacks of more than two. That's good news - paper tableware isn't a burden on the environment. I will use it again if I ever finish entertainment on this scale. Btw the 9" size is great for this type of dinner because the size is so manageable and the price is good ;-) If they don't compost well I'll change the rating but so far so good.
