I really like these hairpins. With all colors I had one for each outfit. Plus, the low profile helps you sit in a high-back chair. My hair is long, mid-back, but not very thick. I attached it carefully not to put too much pressure on the clip. However, they gradually broke down. I have two left. Everything broke like in the photo except one that broke on the hinge. For the price I should have expected that. If they were reinforced with metal I think they would hold up. Let's face it, they don't do things the way they used to. If you have medium length hair that is not very thick, these clips should suit you.
