Great mattress for the money!
Got an 8 inch plush mattress. Instantly expanded to 7 inches and went from 7 to 8 inches in a matter of hours so we slept on it the first night. It sinks in the right amount and adapts perfectly to the body! I definitely wouldn't buy a hard one unless you want something VERY hard because this one is still relatively medium firm when you sleep on it, at least for the first night. No chemical smell. Before that, I had a Serta memory foam mattress, which was much more expensive. I'd say this one is a lot lighter and foamier/airier if that makes sense, but just as comfortable.
