RUBBERMAID Not the way it used to be

These library style stools have excellent "type" but in my opinion RUBBERMAID has seen the production of this product go downhill. I am disabled and rarely need a step stool. I use it to roll without lifting to put it down and stay stable while standing on it. I have had two cars of this model in the last 3 years and within the first 45 days of use one wheel broke. It's a plastic slot for the inserts and either it breaks or the parts are miscut at the factory causing it to slide out. Within about 18 months of use, the plastic under the bottom step broke. There's nothing like this wide step that rolls and is solid, but the old RUBBERMAID products you remember from the past - this plastic version - aren't. But it stays firmly and stably in place.
