I've used exfoliating foot masks before and this one worked just as well as the others I've tried. If anything, these worked faster and caused peeling after 2 days (compared to the week I had to wait with other masks). I left them on for about 60 minutes before washing my feet. The pack says you can leave it on for up to 90 minutes, but my feet were very warm and I noticed my nail polish was peeling. I use waterproof nail polish so you may not have this problem if you use regular nail polish, but just in case I would recommend that you use it without nail polish. The key to making these types of scrubs work best is to avoid wetting your feet with lotion/cream etc and to soak your feet every day if possible. The water will help slough off the dead skin on your feet faster.
