I bought this for my nephews for Christmas. This was supposed to be her first device since my sister got a little confident. Eventually I convinced them to let me have it for Christmas and when it arrived I was very excited to set it up and get it ready for them to start playing. But I quickly realized that it was so bad that no one could use it. First of all the software that comes with it is absolutely terrible, you can't use the tablet at all if everything works, it just lags a lot. So after removing the bells and whistles I tried several alternatives but nothing works because this tablet is so slow it can't handle two things at the same time, it either lags horribly or crashes. In the end, I just tried it without parental controls. Also, the fact that nothing is running in the background can cause the tablet to freeze uncontrollably. I couldn't take it anymore, I immediately demanded a refund. How this thing got positive reviews I'll never know.
