These shorts are great. I usually wear a 34 and order larger. They're a little loose, but the drawstring closure makes up for it. I think I'll definitely order Mediums in black. I've only had them for a week and they're great for the gym and relaxing at home. Very comfortable and the length is perfect for me. I'm 6ft 3" and they go to about my knee or a little higher so for a 12" inseam they are pretty accurate. Can't comment on longevity as I've only washed them once but will try to come back and report back in a few months after I have them.
