So far so good after installing this on my 1998 Chevy Blazer a few months ago. I watched a video on You Tube on how to install one of these and everything went fine except the radiator line came loose and the attachment wasn't tight enough. I would recommend pressing in the fittings prior to installing this heatsink and double checking after installation that your cooler lines are engaged (I had a smaller plastic fitting that came loose). If you want to make your life even easier, use a MotoRad pressure gauge (I have a review of one here on Revain) to check everything before your first road test. The quality of this radiator is excellent. It was easy to install as a replacement for my broken cooler and didn't require any retrofitting. You will need a radiator cap for this, I bought a Stant brand cap here at Revain and it works very well. When replacing the radiator, you can also replace the thermostat and check the radiator hoses for flexibility. I found this cooler to be a lot easier to install with the airbox removed and the A/C compressor lines temporarily relocated (I removed my A/C compressor for this). In addition, it is also advisable to check the wear of your V-ribbed belt.
