It's not the best, but it's not the worst either.
Not disappointed, but not impressed either. The fabric is good but very thin and transparent. I didn't realize it came with a bow so that's a plus, I didn't know how long it was either, but nothing a seamstress couldn't fix. I took a chance on buying it with only 2 global ratings, it's well made with just a few small issues to fix.

- I bought this for my granddaughter's second birthday party which is farm themed. That is nice!
- A disadvantage of Babeeni BB2076 Amusement Park Colorful Ruffle Dress (Red, 4T) for girls may be that it may not be suitable for formal occasions or events as the colorful amusement park design may seem too casual.
