I have bought grinding wheels to shape and finish irregular woodwork and panels with sharp edges. I've been using it for about a week and I'm very happy with it. They fulfill the intended task. Smaller diameter grinding wheels tend to be too stiff and too densely packed so the grinding "petals" never fully engage, only the outer portions always making contact with the workpiece, wasting a lot of abrasive. Second, I ordered a mixed 60-240 grit. The problem is that the wheels are not marked. The only way to tell one grain from another is to look closely at the actual grain. I try to keep them in their own pockets, but when I'm changing wheels at work I can't keep them straight. Wheels must be marked with a class. Period.
