Update *** I'm leaving my original post but I wanted to upgrade my 3 to 5 star rating for customer service. The company did it right, sent me a new cartridge and cared about my satisfaction. The second one worked great, no problems. I would only recommend based on the customer service. The price was ok but the black ink didn't work. Always gave an error. instructions followed. The color worked well. Wasted time and money because I needed black that day and had to buy a new one.
