Renters with high selling price brutally ripped the HDMI cable out of my JVC 48 inch corner wall TV. They did this by turning it off when the TV turned on to show some random lines about every 8 seconds. Relatives accidentally gave away their old but good 46-inch DYNEX DX-46L262A12 TV, which can do 1080p right away. The TV required a 600x200 mount (very hard to find these days). This wall mount saved the day. I was too lazy to unbolt the old mount from the wall and get it working, so I kept half the old mount and used half the new one. Barely edited and the TV no longer moves back and forth due to lack of space. But that's a good thing, too, because renters with high rents will do less of the stupid stuff that breaks my TVs.
