I was very ill

I have been using 5 htp for years. I've used many different brands. The brand I used was sold out so I bought this one because I've used this brand before so I figured it wasn't a big deal. Every time I took it I felt terribly sick. Abdominal pain, sudden vomiting, nausea and cold sweats. It took me a few times to figure it out, but it happens within 15-20 minutes of taking the pill. Therefore, I will return the product and no longer use Bestvites.
