Customer service is great but the product just isn't. I ordered a large helmet and it was too big. I ordered a medium sized scorpion helmet, 57-58 cm and it fits perfectly. So I contacted customer service and they offered to send me free medium pads, 57-58cm. I thought I was the reason my wife could wear them. After receiving it, I installed them and there was no difference. This helmet is just too big. To put this in perspective, when I put on both sets of pads I currently have, they finally fit my head. Otherwise it just wobbles. I think part of the problem is the cheek gap as seen in the picture. On the right is an elm and on the left is a scorpion. The difference in sound quality through the speakers and microphone from this and hay in Scorpio day and night. At any freeway speed and above with my hay it sounds to others like I'm speaking into a professional microphone in a library. With this you will never hear a sound over 40 mph and neither will I. Keep in mind that the scorpion helmet itself is $220 and the hay is $170. This is a lot more than that built-in helmet, so it's expected to be better. But overall between the Scorpio's and Sena's two setups, the extra money is more than worth it.
