Review on Enhance Your Office Comfort with the Flash Furniture High Back Designer Black Mesh Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Arms by Mikey Somerville

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Absolutely unbeatable for the price. Deep Engineering Look >> Surprisingly comfortable and high quality.

Amazingly high quality. Longevity is questionable, but treat it well and it's probably worth the price. My impression is the first 48 hours that I own the chair; I bought a couple of these for the office - but . I have ten years of engineering experience and will use it to give a very detailed review! There are three or four main materials involved here: polycarbonate, steel, mesh, and vinyl. Add in a few stitches, zinc plated and brass fasteners and various softer plastics and you have the big picture. Let's start with the base: the reels are pretty standard plastic with steel or galvanized metal shafts. No surprises. Switch to urethane if you don't want to damage the floor. The five-pointed base itself is made of dense polycarbonate. Do not confuse with metal! It is well designed and has few minor flash points generated during mold separation. During assembly, the hydraulic unit is quickly inserted into the base and used well. Dismantling is possible with a little effort, but it won't slip off you. The chair seat is attached to the lower mounting bracket with 4 M6 screws. Black oxide is again nothing surprising here. Slight oxidation of the head means your chair will likely be stored for around 4-9 months before shipping to you. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The actual seat is fabric with a vinyl edge. Compression is 1/2 to 3/4 inch naturally with a slight forward offset. It's great and supports your posture, but you might feel like you "slip" off your chair if you try to sit on it incorrectly. Aligning the base of your back with the back of your chair will do wonders for you. The quality of the stitching on the vinyl surround and armrests is satisfactory. This is also a soft vinyl that will be your first point of failure after a few years of use. Do not worry! You're easy to beat! Look for instructions on YouTube. In general, the levers have a slight lateral wobble that comes from their cheap up/down button. ordinary A bit annoying if you like to adjust your arm height a lot. In general it's fine. There's more molded plastic here; Good quality as a base. The levers are attached to the seat and backrest of the chair. and HERE THE THING SHINES. The back of this chair is large but not immodest and insanely comfortable. When properly seated in this chair, you'll feel better than some $1,000 chairs. I'm not joking. I have several (admittedly used) $1,000 chairs that I have also stolen. These are better. I am serious. The backrest of this chair looks luxurious and supports without pressure points. It will be comfortable up to a height of around 6ft 6in and around 250-275 pounds. You should get a bigger chair for that. (For reference I have 6'x170). In conclusion: The mesh on the back is firmly bolted to the frame, which admittedly has subtle-looking airflow vents. It's a little skinny looking, but it's all black so it doesn't detract from the overall aesthetic. Some rubber plugs even hide the screws that attach the backrest to the seat. This will keep the black oxide screws underneath from rusting. (By the way, there are more m6s here, 12 used in total) As you can see, I'm honestly very satisfied and will buy more of them. Possible future wish list inclusions would be a mesh seat and floor tilt adjustment. A slight forward shift can be distracting for those who don't like sitting far in a chair with good posture. But that's not a problem at all. 5 stars for the overall quality and feel4 for the aesthetics, mixed here 5 for the ease of assembly4 for the materials. Black oxide fasteners will rust and vinyl can peel over time. 3-4 packs. Everything was just stuffed into the box to be honest, but both devices looked good upon delivery. On average, it's a solid 4.5-5 for the final rating. I almost don't want to leave this review because I feel like I'm letting people in. tricky secret. But here it is. Get one. Get two. Enjoy it. Everything has value. And I'm a big advocate of sustainability. Spend more and you won't be far behind, although you'll find more features in other chairs.
