I received an opened box of the product in a Revain box.
The box was fully opened in the Amazon box and the carafe was definitely used and returned. It wasn't very clean and had a small chip on the edge. I have since washed the carafe and decided to keep it for myself as I think it will serve the purpose I bought it for. I love the size, shape and overall look (although I wish I had received an unopened/unused item) and don't want to return it.
