I am very impressed with this product for the price. This is not my first CCTV monitor so I have a comparison and cost wise I am very happy with it. My first impression was that it feels solid and can take a fall, which unfortunately will happen. The built-in stand is also very useful. When I first turned it on I couldn't get it to recognize the camera, which I know is good. It took a while but I found that if it doesn't recognize the camera you can leave the camera plugged in and just turn it off and on again and that almost always fixed the issue, so it's no big deal. Once I figured it out I was able to predictably get it to work every time. Looking through the menu, I found that it had a network cable tester, which was a nice bonus. I wish the screen resolution was better, but you don't really need a higher resolution to test and align the camera, so it won't affect my purchase decision. Another note: this device includes a built-in flashlight, which is nice. but not a feature I've ever used. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because the location isn't ideal. When I first used it, I plugged the power cord into the device to power the camera and I didn't pay attention, I pushed the LED light and it popped back into the device. It still works, but being so close to a busy port and so easy to deploy, it's far from perfect. The only issue I would address is that there is actually an opening now. Again, this isn't a determining factor, but if I knew the lightbulb would move that easily I'd be a lot more cautious. I've included an image to show what I mean.
