Review on HQRP Battery SV780_N SV780_N_14 Cordless by Steven Dahl

I have a model that I bought in 2018. Hai SV 780 N 14 Pet Perfect II. This battery fits and works but is very difficult to install. The instructions say you can use a screwdriver, which I did. I used a flat head to 'lift' some of the edges of the connection to the old battery and pry it up and then pull the wire out. The instructions didn't say if there was a special "way" (which side up) to insert a flat piece of metal wire into the new battery. I had to guess and push, pull, twist, push, pull, twist, keep trying until I got it. It worked. But for the price of that battery, it's cheaper to go to Target or Wal-Mart and buy a new handheld vacuum.
