This is a good purchase and fun to cook with. A word of caution: it's terribly spicy and should be the way it's supposed to be. So when you're working with it, put it on a stable surface so it doesn't move around like all the food you've just been working with because if it's just going to hit you, you're going to get cut. "No" complaint although I like it and it stays in the box it was in when I kept it and I wash it immediately after use and it's not just sitting in the sink with dishes, that's what it's for it too sharp.
