I was a bit hesitant to buy this 4 layer maxi tulle with elastic waistband. Because this item is black, seller is required to show images of this item in different styles, not black on black. The packaging is impressive. It was packaged in a ziplock vacuum bag for you to store the tulle in for later. After loosening, 4 layers are ready. . .LOVELY. I had my husband's fashion right in my bedroom and he agreed that it went well with many different styles. Team it with a swimsuit, jeans, dress, leggings etc. I'm 2x taller and as the waistband is stretchy it's perfect for the little one - 3x more comfortable. If you are taller you can still buy it, cut the ✂️ elastic and sew an extra elastic to it. Note to seller: Let's make this cute item in other colors.
