Functionally, this device is almost perfect.

StarTech - SDOCK4U33 .com 4-Bay USB 3.0 hard disk docking station is functionally almost perfect. It works seamlessly with Windows 10 even when connected to a USB hub. My only thought of its function is that the fans cooling the device seem to work whether the device is connected to a computer or not. I would like the fans to stop when the computer is turned off, but unfortunately they still run. As expected, I get full control over individual drives, good input and output over USB 3.0. I found the device a bit overpriced and I hope to be satisfied for a long time that the higher price was worth it. I had no problems installing or using the docking station. I replaced individual docks from Thermaltake BlacX.
