Mrs Banks, here I am sharing my husband's prime account. The watch (Akribos XXIV Women's AKR431YG) arrived on time the day before yesterday thanks to Revain Prime. I love Revain Prime and I love this watch! I ordered a different watch strap because I prefer a natural tan and couldn't find a matching skeleton watch that I liked better with the brown strap. Love the watch, hope it lasts, end of review EXCEPT - I got confused when I went to put the watch on the next day and found the time was wrong. At first I thought it wasn't about time, but it occurred to me that they were "wound up" because they were automatic. it was true I wrote to the manufacturer and here is a great answer (for all Akribos automatic winders: Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing a self-winding watch. Watch information and what It is better to help you in the proper functioning of your watch It may happen that your automatic watch sometimes freezes overnight or seems to run slowly This does not necessarily indicate a malfunction or defect in the watch In most cases the problem is an incorrectly set power reserve or can be the result of insufficient wrist activity while wearing the watch.Power reserve Many people are unaware that automatic watches must first be manually wound before they can run automatically. Starting process” does not work To activate the power reserve, the watch must be manually to be raised. lower crown at the 3 o'clock position (in most cases) approximately 40 turns clockwise. This "warm-up" wind is usually sufficient for most automatic watches. Once the starting process is complete, the watch is automatically wound (thereby restoring its power reserve) using a vibrating weight that is shifted each time the watch's position is changed through hand and wrist movements. Automatic watches should be worn at least eight hours a day to maximize power reserve. If this is not possible or if the watch has been off the wrist for more than 15-20 hours, the initialization process must be repeated.
