I would not recommend the Lite Racer regardless of color. From the moment I showed up in early June, and despite all the hours and long walks I do, my shoes haven't lasted a month or a week. I had tread wear that left a small hole in the sole of my right shoe. I would not recommend wearing this shoe for an outdoor run. First I sprayed the soles of my shoes with a water repellent I bought from Rackroom Shoe, even though the threads were completely worn out. I do not recommend them for outdoor walks. I fell off the soles of these boots because I got wet from the rain and slipped on dry concrete. I've never had shoes slip on concrete and I've never had that. These shoe soles do not provide traction on wet surfaces, especially wet painted surfaces and floor tiles that cause many slips and slips. It was funny wearing those poorly made soles on those shoes. The upper is well made and comfortable and the soles are poorly made from cheap materials and poorly glued so they come off when they get wet from rainy days and the insoles have no extra material for comfort even for short walks. My left shoe is in. After 4 weeks the adhesive on the front right has separated from the back of the adhesive. The front sole got so bad I had to tape it over because it created a flip flop effect. Inside, these shoes have a cheap, thin insole with no cushioning. In two weeks I raised about $11 for Dr. Spent Sholls Work Gel insoles to get the comfort I needed. You should either spend the extra money on a much better style name Adidas shoes or spend the same money on another brand with quality shoes. For work, instead of buying another pair of black Adidas running or hiking shoes, I bought a pair of Fila Black Memory Foam running shoes, which were cheaper in price and were safe, reliable work shoes. So now at least I am guaranteed not to slip or fall on rainy days and I can safely walk on any painted and any surface without noticing my feet without having friction on the same floors I have been walking on for 8 years. I know that the tread of the outsole lasts longer and the outsole doesn't crack after a short time. If they do it at all. I change shoes so often after 2 months because of the wear of the sole. Shoes for all sports and outdoor activities such as hiking shoes, but it is a pity that there are no work shoes in the adidas shoe store. Fila and Skechers have them, but for people like me who want to wear the Adidas brand as a reliable, affordable work shoe, Adidas doesn't make slip-resistant work shoes.
