I didn't know I could get so excited about a leash. Aside from looking good and providing extra visibility for nighttime outings, making it less likely that we'll both be mowed down by the car, the leash is incredibly well made. The handle is lightly padded so that it feels comfortable in the hand even with strong jerks or strong pulls. The width of the leash is wide enough that I don't have to worry about biting through, and the mechanism at the end for attaching to the dog's collar is also thick and strong. But what I really like is the extra closure on the leash handle. This allows the handle to be opened and closed around something like a tree or table leg without having to remove the leash from the dog and pass it around the item through its own handle and then reattach it to the dog. This is a safer and faster way to tie your dog to something.
