Terrible for me. When I first wore these Reebok Zoku shoes for my daily 3 mile jog on the sidewalk, I began to experience pain in both knees and my left hip. The next day I set out only to turn around and walk 100 meters back home because my shoes were chafing on my heels. The DMXFOAM midsole offers no cushioning or protection whatsoever. The upper is made of stretchy fabric that didn't hold my feet securely so they slipped while running. At least I didn't have blisters or calluses. The shoes are light, which I liked. Send these back.
