Very unpredictable from day one. Turns itself off even though the battery is well charged. Sometimes it goes away on its own. The charger's rubber cover fell off shortly after receipt. This caused it to fall apart as the sticker on the function switches fell off. There are much better alternatives here. I bought another one from Revain and it's still great after almost 2 years. UPDATE 03/17/2022: The seller contacted me last week based on this review and kindly offered to exchange the unit. Arrived in 3 days, many problems solved! When I wear this collar my nearly two year old Jack Russell doesn't bark until the doorbell rings and then only once or twice. I'm not even shocked. The only problem is my other Jack Russell barks more like a disgusting squeak and even on the least sensitive setting beeps and my dog hums. When he grows up, I'll pick him up too!
