Copper Seal is of very good quality and will make an excellent impression on wax, provided you understand the art and science of making a wax seal. I would give the product a 5 star rating if it weren't for one not-so-minor detail. The wooden handle is not included. To compound this issue, the seller's photo shows only the imprinted red wax seal and not the item itself, so there is NO way for a potential buyer to get the slightest hint that it's just a brass disc. The product description also does NOT state that a pen is NOT included. Maybe I'm partly to blame now. Perhaps I should have studied the information about this product on the internet and then I would have noticed that the manufacturer sells pins and impression discs separately. Then I would have known to order both items and not just the brass molding disk. However, as a consumer, I strongly believe that the Hyatts All Things Creative seller could and SHOULD have advertised that the wooden handle is sold separately. Or they should have at least included a photo of the item's actual packaging, which while not indicating that the wooden handle is not included, the photo clearly shows that the handle is not included in the box. As I have two other brass wax seals, both are one piece so I had no reason to think this item would be in two pieces. Customer Service and spoke to two representatives including a Customer Service Manager. They refused to even admit that their ad was missing something, and they refused to come up with an acceptable solution. The attitude of the account manager was extremely condescending. Since I needed to use the gasket right away, I made a temporary handle with a four-inch-long, smaller-diameter brass screw (I couldn't find an exact thread match at the hardware store) with Teflon thread tape to keep the screw firmly in place without the threads to damage. It worked like a charm until I ordered and received my wooden handle for the brass molding disc. In the end I can only warmly recommend this item as it is of high quality and leaves a very nice and strong wax impression. However, I also strongly recommend NOT buying this from Hyatts All Things Creative. Unfortunately, their customer service is TERRIBLE.
