I would rate it a 4.75 but that's not an option. This is an amazing product that I love and will never change. I have two cats that share a litter box. I recommend this only if you like me and change it every time you dedicate. I throw it away immediately. What am I warning? I used half of the litter thinking it would be ok. It is not. You must use the entire amount. My problem was that the urine soaked into the clay. Her paws smelled of urine. A cat of mine had another ear piercing while playing and developed a bacterial abscess infection and needed to be drained. It cost a fortune and the vet said it was due to other cat bacteria. I have a spotless home (vacuuming and even washing my cat's paws daily) when I started using the whole bag with no problems. So change it carefully as instructed, but use the entire bag and change the urine pad often. Speaking of urine pad. Never buy another brand, they are the best and all others are poor quality. No smell, wouldn't even guess I have a cat. At the same time, I clean them as soon as they leave. If you don't change it, think about your situation. Would you like to go where others have left their mark? I do not think so! Great work, neat breeze, unique and amazing product. I want everyone to know about this.
