I recently had a large toenail completely removed due to infection which was very painful. I bought them earlier and after a few days of severe pain I decided to try them on as they are breathable and I need my toe to breathe to heal. Imagine my surprise when about half an hour after I put it on, after I cleaned it and rubbed it with ointment, it was no longer in pain and I was able to walk pretty well! I hobbled for a few days if I wasn't using it, so that was nice. With this I can easily wear closed shoes and socks over the toe! I am very impressed and would highly recommend them if you have toe problems. They are so comfy, stretchy, breathable and the perfect size!
