I like this handheld because it cleans carpets better than the standard nozzle that comes with a Hoover vacuum. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I wasn't impressed with the water extraction from the carpet. The holding tank was initially not as full as the fresh water and solution tank. I know there will inevitably be some water left, but it seemed like too much. I'll use it again anyway because it's still better than the stock nozzle. However, I may end up using the standard nozzle to suck the water out of the carpet.
