Update: I've written to customer service directly through Revain. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement cartridge via FedEx within 24 hours. I would use them again given the unusually good customer service despite the possibility of getting a non-working cartridge. My Brother printer recognizes this toner and it's really helpful to know when it's running low and the price is right. First Review: I tried this set of ink cartridges for my Brother printer as a first replacement after running out of ink that comes with the new 3270CDW. 3 out of 4 cartridges worked fine but 1 printer doesn't recognize so I can't print now. I followed the advice on the web to reset the settings, clean the roller and nothing works. I have just written to the company and I hope they reply soon. The local stationery store will charge $50-$58 just to replace a color that doesn't work. I will update this review when I get good advice.
