This product is used for the first time today. I have thick wavy hair and have used straighteners before. However, since my hair has grown longer, I would have liked a little more shape and volume than the flat iron allows. I don't style my hair very well but this product was easy to use and I'm very happy with the results. I had a little trouble with the back of my head, but I think it was because I can't reach the back of my head easily, and I think this problem will go away with practice. Love the fact that it comes with a heat resistant glove as I've always burned my fingers using the iron. I also like the fact that this particular model is dual voltage as I sometimes travel abroad and is light enough to take my styling tools with me. It also has a very comfortable rubber mat to rest it on if you need to put it down. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a styling brush like this.
