Review on New Balance Summit Trail Running Men's Shoes and Athletic by Brent Cole

I bought these trail running shoes and my first impression of the packaging was that the sole material was lightweight and the insole was about the thickness of a couple of folded paper towels. So I immediately replaced the insole and it proved to be decent for light use - like dirt (no rocks), well-worn trails. The grip is not very high. They're decently comfortable, they're just a lot lighter than what I was looking for. So if your trails don't have a lot of rocks or you mostly run on grass, this would be a smart option with a new insole.
