The seller sent me a new product without my knowledge! Tell us about customer service. This time the article was great, it got a lot of attention from other people at the lake and everyone loved it including my kid. Why not 5 stars?1. I still find it very expensive for what it is, it breaks eventually. Plastic as expected for inflatable2. My child got into the water because the seat is moving (not 100% stable) so not safe if your child can't swim and/or doesn't have a life jacket. Don't buy, yes it's cute but terrible quality, see picture, for $50. I was expecting something that wouldn't rip when you simply inflate it to use it.
