I ordered the medium size for women. At the time I weighed 136 pounds 5 feet 3 inches. The balaclava was fine but the shorts are too big and baggy for me as I'm an MTB and overly baggy pants get stuck in the bike seat when moving around the bike and moving the dropper saddle.
