The shirt-shaped object is not a shirt.
The sleeve covers are obviously not "attached". While not overly tight, the rolled sleeves should be a few inches larger than the armhole they attach to and lightly gathered in place to allow for flexibility. The manufacturer clearly took a shortcut, and the resulting shirt doesn't allow the wearer to raise their arms. Will return.
