I read the reviews before ordering and ordered but this top (not a dress) fits perfectly! I wear it with leggings and boots and it's very cute. If you wear shorter dresses you might call it a dress, but I don't wear dresses that don't touch my knees. and it covered my butt leaving a few inches to cover the top of my thigh but when I put my hands to my sides my fingers were definitely under the rim. But if you're looking for a cute, washable top for leggings, then this is it. PLUS there are pockets!
