Review on 📡 Enhanced Connectivity with NETGEAR N600 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router (WNDR3400) by Dexter Pullen

Very disappointed with this router. When I first plugged it in, the download speed was incredibly slow. I speak VERY slowly. After searching the internet I found someone complaining about the same problem. One of the default settings seems to be to blame. I had to go into the router settings to find out. After the replacement, the speed increased to an acceptable level. I thought: great! Everything should be fine now. Bad luck. I had intermittent "drops" where the WiFi signal was fine for a minute and then just went off. There is no explanation for this. It just seems like this router isn't the best. In addition, the range of the WLAN signal left a lot to be desired. (My old Asus router could reach my backyard. This Netgear didn't even reach every room in my house. no) I decided not to invest anything else. I've had good routers and I know how they should work. That's definitely not one of them. I've decided to return it and go back to Asus.
