I've been looking for a solid color overlay for my king pillows to match the sage green and burgundy hues of my rustic bedspread. I ordered a green Hunter and when they arrived they were more of an emerald green and didn't quite look right, but they were so well made and fit so well that I decided to experiment with the color I was looking for. I washed them in hot water with a tablespoon of bleach and they are the perfect sage green and matched the bedspread color perfectly! Of course from now on I only wash them in cold water so that they keep their color. I have found that most pillows have a hole in the middle of the back which makes it very difficult to get the large pillows in, but they have a hole almost at the back end and it was so easy to put a pillow in. The fabric is good and durable, soft and wrinkle free after drying. I think these shams are a great value, they look really good.
