At first the product seemed decent. Swapping out the injectors for my stock carburetor was easy and it fits the 400ex perfectly. However, after installing the gas tank, I found that the fuel feed line on this carburetor is much larger than on the stock carburetor and fuel cutoff sensor. Proper assembly is now impossible, fuel line clamps will fit the OEM line but not this carb, and there simply isn't enough room to assemble the transmission assembly or fit a cheap fuel filter. Just buy a kit to restore the original carburetor.
