Review on 🔪 Wusthof Gourmet 5-Inch Santoku Knife with Hollow Edge by Carrie Williams

I have many Wusthof knives including the 7" Santoku and thought the 5" would be a great addition. That. I love Wusthof knives! They do not deform when cut, hold the cutting edge and are easy to sharpen. (I use a dry diamond sharpener to sharpen them, and they work great.) I grew up with classic knives, and after getting knives from other, smaller brands, I've always set them aside to use my Wusthof. I can't say enough good things about these knives. These knives are worth the money. Just wait until they go on sale and only buy the one type of knives you use the most. You will be pleasantly surprised!
