this item was sent to me in packaging designed so was badly damaged that the contents fell out. I assembled it by making a Frankenstein out of a chair by taking apart my old office chair. a gas bottle and a wheel (wheel) were missing. Attach the headrest. The parts that came with it looked like they had been snagged off several different assembly lines and then thrown into this box. There were holes that weren't quite punched where the hardware was supposed to fit into the weld at the base of the wheel looks like a drunk 12 year old first time welder lumbar support incredibly tight chair back padding was almost comical frame aside I BUY THIS IN "NEW CONDITION", IT WAS A SCANDAL.
