Easy to connect, sounds great BUT you have to reconnect to BT every time the device turns off.

I had several different types of BT audio devices for my old Prius that only have phone BT - built in BT does not play music. The type I've used in the past has been broadcast on FM and is fine, but this seemed like a better option with less interference. My intuition was right - this is the best solution and it works very well. Set up was easy and connection to BT was instant - up and running within a minute out of the box. Even though it has a battery, I just keep it connected to a power source with a micro USB cable. The problem I have is that every time the machine turns off I have to fix the BT by pressing a button on this device. My audio jack is in the center console drawer, which means I have to open the drawer and, since Toyota placed it at the bottom of the drawer, move tissues, candy, etc. to get to the button. It doesn't seem like anything special but I spent my usual weekend shopping today which meant going to four different stores. Leaving a store I forgot to re-pair bluetooth and was still hoping to find redlinght to make it work again. reconnect at all, and which also seem to automatically reload when connected. If this device could do that it would definitely get 5 stars, but the hassle of having to reconnect every time I start the car is a bit annoying.
